This highland single malt has been matured in former Pedro Ximénez sherry barriques which after six years maturation have created a lively sweet sherried highland single malt whisky, which we have bottled at 46%. This whisky has been bottled at natural colour and is non-chill filtered.
The colour is a glorious bronze. On the nose the spirit shines first. The taste delivers the sweetness of royal icing, dried raisins and mixed peel. Sweet sherried indulgence to enjoy.
