Our, ever-popular, Violet Creams are based on a recipe passed down 2 generations within the Swiss Chocolatier family whom Jane Williams originally trained with. A meltingly soft fondant cream captures the nostalgic sweet-scented perfume of parma violet flowers enrobed in dark chocolate and finished with a crystalised violet petal.
