Recipe 1: Cox Apple and Sage Stuffing

Ingredients:
2 Cox apples, peeled and chopped
100g breadcrumbs
1 onion, finely chopped
2 tbsp fresh sage, chopped
50g butter
Instructions:
In a frying pan, melt the butter and cook the onions until soft.
Add the chopped apples and sage, cooking for another 5 minutes.
Stir in the breadcrumbs and season with salt and pepper.
Use the stuffing for roast chicken or pork, or bake separately for 20 minutes.
Recipe 2: Cox Apple and Almond Tart

Ingredients:
2 Cox apples, thinly sliced
1 sheet puff pastry
50g ground almonds
2 tbsp sugar
1 egg
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Roll out the puff pastry and line a tart tin.
Mix ground almonds, sugar, and the egg in a bowl, then spread the mixture over the pastry base.
Arrange the apple slices on top and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
