6 cans of our low-intervention red wine made with a field blend of grapes from Mayland Vineyard in Somerset. 60% Pinot Meunier and 40% Pinot Noir. A ‘field blend’ is a blend of grapes co-fermented from the same vineyard. This wine was fermented naturally with wild yeasts and left to develop for a year. The resulting wine is a light English red, fresh and fruity with notes of English summer fruits. Serve slightly chilled for maximum enjoyment.
