The oil entered by ‘Flos Olei’ in the “World Top 20” three times. In order to study the behavior of the varieties on the basis of harvest times, in 2007 the harvest was brought forward by one month, exactly 5 moons after flowering.

CULTIVAR: Frantoio, Leccino, Moraiolo

INTENSITY: Medium to robust

TASTE: Intense bitter and spicy and in perfect balance.

SCENT: Rich in nuances with intense herbaceous, notes of artichoke and green apple, almond and red fruits.
