Saporoso” is a product than can be considered completely and uniquely “the son” of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PDO. It has been aged 6 years in barrels of oak and 6 months in steel containers.
An extra 2 years of ageing create this product which has all the organoleptic properties of its ” younger” brother but all with an extra boost in taste and density, ideal for consumers that like an aged product, best serves on Ice creams or fruits like pineapple.
