Level up your Mojito or Nojito! White and green sugars mixed with just the right amount of dried mint is THE perfect brim trim for a MOJITO. Run a lime wedge around the brim of the glass and dip into the tin.

Instructions

Cocktail paring suggestion: Mojito
(enough for 2 drinks)
120ml rum (the best white rum you can get – we use Bacardi)
30ml Sugar syrup
60ml Fresh lime juice
Mint Cocktail Sugar
Ice
Extra garnish of Mint Leaves and Lime Wheel or wedge

INSTRUCTIONS:
-Muddle 4 mint leaves with the sugar syrup in the bottom of a cocktail shaker with the sugar syrup or a teaspoon of light Demerara sugar
-Add the rum, lime juice and ice to the shaker
-Run a lime wedge around the rim of your glassware and then dip into the mint cocktail sugar
-Strain the contents of the shaker over fresh ice into your freshly brimmed glasses and top up with soda water
-Add further garnishes of Mint leaves and a Lime wheel or wedge
