Instructions
A hand blended mix of a blend of Chamomile, Lavender, Hops, Rooibos, Valerian, Lemon Peel & Green Tea each have its own natural benefit to help lure your body into a natural, restful and revitalizing sleep
Simply add just 1 and 1/2 teaspoons per cup (2-4g) and steep for 3 – 4 mins
