I am Emily, founder and raw chocolate maker at ‘As Raw As’. My husband and I have four children: Max, George, Tabitha and Hector. Their health, wellbeing and my love of chocolate are at the very heart of why I started ‘As Raw As’. Seeing them enjoy what I have been creating using only natural ingredients, has been the most wonderful delight to me. The realisation that it is possible to provide delicious treats that not only hit the spot with their taste buds but also nourish their bodies is very satisfying. It is due to them and so many of my friends that ‘As Raw As’ came about. Everyone has been so amazingly supportive and encouraged me to turn my passion for creating raw chocolate into a business that I can share with everyone.
