Bakery Number Eight's most sought after cookie, the classic NYC Triple Choc-Chip. Crisp on the outside with a softer, rich centre. Delicious when eaten straight from the box or gently warmed in the oven. For a touch more indulgence, we highly recommend crumbling over a scoop of creamy vanilla ice-cream. Divine.
Instructions
Cookies are best enjoyed within 2-3 days of arrival, but they keep well for up to 5 days in an airtight container. For optimal freshness, we recommend freezing any cookies that you don’t plan to eat immediately. When you’re ready to enjoy, pop them in a 170ºC pre-heated oven for 3-5 minutes until they are warm and gooey.
