Passed down as heirlooms by families for generations in the Yirgacheffe region, this variety of beans is so well known for its high quality that they’ve even been divided into their own micro-region. Roasted to perfection, you’ll find a cup that’s full of bright floral notes & a delicate citrus finish. Perfectly balanced, you can expect hints of lavender botanicals & sweet vanilla, paired with Bergamot & Earl Grey tea.
