Coppola Datterini are beautiful Italian baby plum tomatoes packed in tomato juice. They are characterized by their sweet, rich taste and inviting aroma. They are small tomatoes with an elongated shape and with fewer seeds.
Our Coppola Datterini are grown in the Puglia region in sunny Southern Italy. They are harvested during the summer months of August to September. Once harvested, they are attentively sorted and, still unpeeled, packed in tomato juice.
Coppola Datterini are perfect for preparing a delicious tomato sauce to pair with pasta, vegetables, fish, and on bruschetta. They are are also perfect for luxurious pizzas, or simply baked in the oven.
Coppola Datterini are all natural, no-sugar added and are free from artificial flavours, thickeners or firming agents.
