Montanara is a tomato sauce made with mushrooms and herbs.
This sauce captures the flavours of the Italian Alps. It is great with long and flat pasta types like pappardelle or tagliatelle, but works well also with short pasta like fusilli.
No sugar and no sweeteners added. Our secret? 83% quality Italian tomatoes. Gluten-free certified, all natural and dairy & starch free.
