Siciliana is a tomato sauce made with delicious aubergines. This recipe comes from the region of Sicily, where it is also known as “sugo alla Norma”. This sauce is a classic on short type pasta like penne or rigatoni and works well also on long pasta types.
No sugar and now sweeteners added. Our secret? 78% good quality Italian tomatoes. Gluten free certified, all natural and dairy & starch free.
