Recipe 1: Roasted Cauliflower with Paprika

Ingredients:
1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Spread on a baking tray and roast for 25-30 minutes until golden and crispy.
Serve as a smoky and flavourful side dish.

Ingredients:
1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
200g grated cheddar cheese
300ml milk
2 tbsp flour
2 tbsp butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Steam or boil the cauliflower until tender, then drain.
In a saucepan, melt the butter, stir in the flour, and cook for 2 minutes. Gradually add the milk to make a thick sauce.
Stir in 150g of the cheese and season with salt and pepper.
Place the cauliflower in a baking dish, pour the cheese sauce over, and sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
Bake for 20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
