SaltPig Curing Company is a multi-award winning artisanal charcuterie producer based in the heart of the Cotswolds. Using mature, local, rare breed pigs, former chef Ben Dulley and his team create a stunning range of cured meats that are routinely considered the best in the country. They believe that using traditional methods and no commercial shortcuts is what sets their products apart and, importantly, this starts with a whole animal butchery approach. Products include whole and sliced packs of air-dried meats and salamis. A range of popular gift boxes are ideal for giving or to sample at home.
