Recipe 1: Avocado Toast with Poached Egg

Saucepan

Ingredients:

1 ripe avocado
1 slice sourdough bread
1 egg
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions:

Toast the sourdough bread.
Mash the avocado with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Poach the egg in simmering water for 3-4 minutes.
Spread avocado on toast, and top with the poached egg.

Recipe 2: Avocado Salsa

Utensils:

Mixing bowl
Knife and cutting board

Ingredients:

2 avocados, diced
1 tomato, diced
1 red onion, chopped
1 tbsp lime juice
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Combine avocado, tomato, onion, and lime juice in a bowl.
Season with salt and pepper.
Serve with tortilla chips or as a topping for grilled chicken or fish.
