200g of baby spinach.
Recipe 1: Baby Spinach and Feta Salad
Utensils:
Mixing bowl
Knife and cutting board
Ingredients:
150g baby spinach leaves
100g feta cheese, crumbled
1 apple, thinly sliced
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, combine baby spinach, feta cheese, and apple slices.
Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
Toss gently and serve fresh.
Recipe 2: Sautéed Baby Spinach with Garlic
Utensils:
Frying pan
Spatula
Ingredients:
200g baby spinach
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Heat olive oil in a frying pan and sauté garlic until fragrant.
Add baby spinach and cook for 2-3 minutes until wilted.
Season with salt and pepper, and serve as a side dish.
