Recipe 1: Braeburn Apple Crumble

Utensils:

Baking dish
Mixing bowl

Ingredients:

4 Braeburn apples, peeled and sliced
100g flour
75g butter
50g sugar
1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Place the apple slices in a baking dish.
In a mixing bowl, rub together flour, butter, sugar, and cinnamon to form a crumble topping.
Sprinkle the crumble over the apples and bake for 30 minutes until golden and crisp.

Recipe 2: Braeburn Apple and Cheddar Sandwich

Utensils:

Knife and cutting board
Toaster or grill

Ingredients:

1 Braeburn apple, thinly sliced
2 slices of sourdough bread
50g cheddar cheese, sliced
1 tbsp mustard (optional)

Instructions:

Toast the sourdough bread.
Layer apple slices and cheddar cheese on the bread.
Add mustard if desired, then sandwich the slices together.
Serve as a delicious, savoury snack or light lunch.
