Recipe 1: Roasted Cherry Vine Tomatoes with Basil

Utensils:

Baking tray
Knife and cutting board

Ingredients:

400g cherry vine tomatoes
2 tbsp olive oil
Fresh basil leaves
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
Place the cherry tomatoes on a baking tray, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
Roast for 15-20 minutes until soft and slightly caramelised.
Garnish with fresh basil and serve as a side dish.

Recipe 2: Cherry Tomato Pasta with Garlic

Utensils:

Large pot for boiling pasta
Frying pan

Ingredients:

200g pasta
300g cherry vine tomatoes, halved
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp olive oil
Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions:

Cook the pasta according to package instructions, then drain.
In a frying pan, heat olive oil and sauté garlic until fragrant.
Add cherry tomatoes and cook for 4-5 minutes until softened.
Toss the cooked pasta with the cherry tomatoes and garnish with fresh basil before serving.
