Recipe 1: Flat Lettuce Salad with Lemon Vinaigrette

Utensils:

Knife and cutting board
Mixing bowl

Ingredients:

1 head of flat lettuce, chopped
1 cucumber, sliced
1 avocado, diced
Juice of 1 lemon
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped lettuce, cucumber, and avocado.
In a separate bowl, whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Drizzle the vinaigrette over the salad and toss gently before serving.

Recipe 2: Lettuce Wraps with Chicken and Veg

Utensils:

Knife and cutting board
Frying pan

Ingredients:

1 head of flat lettuce, leaves separated
200g chicken breast, diced
1 carrot, julienned
1 cucumber, julienned
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil

Instructions:

Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and cook the chicken until golden.
Add soy sauce and stir to coat.
Place some chicken, carrot, and cucumber in each lettuce leaf and wrap tightly to serve.
