Recipe 1: Grilled Flat Peaches with Honey and Yoghurt
Utensils:
Grill pan
Spoon
Ingredients:
4 flat peaches, halved and pitted
2 tbsp honey
200g Greek yoghurt
Fresh mint leaves (optional)
Instructions:
Heat a grill pan over medium heat.
Grill the peach halves for 2-3 minutes on each side until lightly charred.
Drizzle with honey and serve with a dollop of Greek yoghurt.
Garnish with mint leaves for extra freshness.
Recipe 2: Flat Peach and Burrata Salad
Utensils:
Mixing bowl
Knife and cutting board
Ingredients:
4 flat peaches, sliced
1 ball burrata cheese
100g rocket (arugula)
1 tbsp balsamic glaze
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, toss peach slices with rocket.
Tear the burrata and place it over the salad.
Drizzle with balsamic glaze, and season with salt and pepper before serving.
