Recipe 1: Heritage Tomato and Mozzarella Salad

Utensils:

Serving platter

Ingredients:

4 heritage tomatoes, sliced
200g fresh mozzarella, sliced
2 tbsp olive oil
Balsamic glaze for drizzling
Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions:

Arrange alternating slices of tomato and mozzarella on a platter.
Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze.
Garnish with fresh basil and serve as a vibrant salad.

Recipe 2: Roasted Heritage Tomatoes with Garlic

Utensils:

Baking tray
Knife and cutting board

Ingredients:

6 heritage tomatoes, halved
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
Place tomato halves on a baking tray, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with garlic, salt, and pepper.
Roast for 20-25 minutes until soft and slightly caramelised.
Serve as a side dish or mix into pasta.
