Recipe 1: Jalapeno Poppers
Utensils:
Baking sheet
Knife and cutting board
Spoon
Ingredients:
10 jalapenos, halved and seeds removed
100g cream cheese
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Olive oil for drizzling
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 200°C.
In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, cheddar, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Stuff each jalapeno half with the cheese mixture.
Arrange on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and bake for 15-20 minutes until the jalapenos are tender and the cheese is golden and bubbling.
Recipe 2: Jalapeno Cornbread Muffins

Muffin tin
Mixing bowl

Ingredients:
1 cup cornmeal
1 cup flour
1/4 cup sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup milk
1 egg
1/4 cup melted butter
2 jalapenos, diced
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 180°C and grease a muffin tin.
In a mixing bowl, combine cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, egg, and melted butter.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined. Fold in diced jalapenos.
Pour the batter into the muffin tin and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
