Recipe 1: Lemon Drizzle Cake

Ingredients:
2 lemons (juice and zest)
150g sugar
150g flour
150g butter
2 eggs
1 tsp baking powder
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a cake tin.
Cream the butter and sugar together, then add the eggs one at a time.
Fold in flour, baking powder, lemon zest, and juice.
Bake for 35-40 minutes, then drizzle with extra lemon juice mixed with sugar for a zesty finish.
Recipe 2: Lemon and Herb Roast Chicken
Utensils:
Roasting tray
Oven
Ingredients:
1 whole chicken
2 lemons, halved
4 garlic cloves, crushed
Fresh rosemary and thyme
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 190°C.
Stuff the chicken with lemon halves, garlic, and herbs.
Rub the chicken with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
Roast for 1 hour and 30 minutes until golden and crispy.
