Recipe 1: Grilled Long Green Chillies with Lemon and Garlic

Utensils:

Grill or griddle pan
Knife and cutting board
Mixing bowl

Ingredients:

6 long green chillies
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
Salt to taste

Instructions:

Heat the grill or griddle pan on medium-high.
Toss the green chillies with olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, and salt in a mixing bowl.
Grill the chillies for 2-3 minutes on each side until blistered and tender.
Serve as a side dish or snack.

Recipe 2: Stuffed Long Green Chillies

Utensils:

Baking dish
Knife and cutting board
Spoon

Ingredients:

6 long green chillies, seeds removed
1 cup cooked rice
1/2 cup minced meat (optional)
1/4 cup diced onions
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Mix the cooked rice, minced meat, onions, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Stuff the chillies with the rice mixture.
Arrange in a baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes until the chillies are tender.
