Mixing bowl
Ingredients:
4 nectarines, halved and pitted
200g ricotta cheese
2 tbsp honey
Fresh thyme (optional)
Instructions:
Heat a grill pan and grill the nectarine halves until charred, about 2-3 minutes per side.
Mix ricotta cheese with honey in a bowl.
Serve grilled nectarines topped with ricotta mixture and fresh thyme.
Recipe 2: Nectarine and Prosciutto Salad

Ingredients:
4 nectarines, sliced
100g prosciutto
50g rocket (arugula)
1 tbsp balsamic glaze
Instructions:
In a bowl, combine nectarine slices, prosciutto, and rocket.
Drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.
