Recipe 1: Pink Lady Apple and Fennel Slaw

Utensils:

Knife and cutting board
Mixing bowl

Ingredients:

2 Pink Lady apples, julienned
1 fennel bulb, thinly sliced
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

In a bowl, combine julienned apples and sliced fennel.
Drizzle with lemon juice and olive oil, then season with salt and pepper.
Toss well and serve as a light, crunchy side dish.

Recipe 2: Pink Lady Apple Crumble

Utensils:

Baking dish
Mixing bowl

Ingredients:

4 Pink Lady apples, peeled and sliced
100g flour
75g butter
50g sugar
1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Place the apple slices in a baking dish.
In a mixing bowl, rub together flour, butter, sugar, and cinnamon to form a crumble topping.
Sprinkle the crumble over the apples and bake for 30 minutes until golden and crisp.
