Recipe 1: Plum Vine Tomato Bruschetta

Utensils:

Baking tray
Mixing bowl
Knife and cutting board

Ingredients:

4 plum vine tomatoes, diced
1 baguette, sliced
1 garlic clove, halved
2 tbsp olive oil
Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
Toast the baguette slices on a baking tray for 5 minutes.
Rub each slice with the garlic clove, then top with diced plum vine tomatoes.
Drizzle with olive oil, garnish with basil, and serve.

Recipe 2: Roasted Plum Vine Tomato Soup

Utensils:

Baking tray
Large pot
Blender

Ingredients:

6 plum vine tomatoes, halved
1 onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp olive oil
500ml vegetable stock

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
Place the tomatoes on a baking tray, drizzle with olive oil, and roast for 20 minutes.
In a pot, sauté onion and garlic until softened. Add the roasted tomatoes and vegetable stock.
Simmer for 10 minutes, then blend until smooth.
Season with salt and pepper and serve warm.
