Recipe 1: Rocket Salad with Parmesan and Pine Nuts

Utensils:

Mixing bowl
Frying pan

Ingredients:

100g rocket leaves
30g Parmesan cheese, shaved
2 tbsp pine nuts, toasted
2 tbsp olive oil
Juice of 1 lemon

Instructions:

In a frying pan, toast the pine nuts until golden.
In a mixing bowl, combine rocket leaves, Parmesan shavings, and toasted pine nuts.
Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, toss, and serve immediately.

Recipe 2: Rocket Pesto Pasta

Utensils:

Blender or food processor
Large pot for boiling pasta

Ingredients:

200g pasta (your choice)
100g rocket leaves
50g Parmesan cheese, grated
50g pine nuts
2 garlic cloves
3 tbsp olive oil

Instructions:

Cook the pasta according to package instructions, then drain.
In a blender or food processor, combine rocket, Parmesan, pine nuts, garlic, and olive oil to make a pesto.
Toss the cooked pasta with the rocket pesto and serve immediately.
