Recipe 1: Caesar Salad with Romaine Lettuce
Utensils:
Knife and cutting board
Mixing bowl
Ingredients:
1 romaine lettuce head, chopped
50g croutons
2 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated
2 tbsp Caesar dressing
Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, combine romaine lettuce, croutons, and Parmesan.
Drizzle with Caesar dressing and toss to coat.
Serve immediately.
Recipe 2: Romaine Lettuce Tacos
Utensils:
Knife and cutting board
Frying pan
Ingredients:
1 romaine lettuce head, leaves separated
200g minced beef
1 tsp taco seasoning
1 tomato, diced
50g cheddar cheese, grated
Instructions:
In a frying pan, cook the minced beef with taco seasoning until browned.
Place some beef, diced tomato, and cheddar cheese into each lettuce leaf.
Roll the leaves into taco shapes and serve.
