Recipe 1: Fresh Vine Tomato and Basil Salad
Utensils:
Knife and cutting board
Mixing bowl
Ingredients:
4 vine tomatoes, sliced
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Fresh basil leaves
Instructions:
Slice the vine tomatoes and place them in a mixing bowl.
Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
Garnish with fresh basil leaves and serve.
Recipe 2: Vine Tomato and Mozzarella Pizza
Utensils:
Baking tray
Rolling pin
Ingredients:
1 pizza dough
4 vine tomatoes, sliced
200g mozzarella cheese, sliced
2 tbsp olive oil
Fresh basil leaves
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
Roll out the pizza dough on a baking tray.
Arrange vine tomato slices and mozzarella on the dough.
Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
Garnish with fresh basil leaves and serve.
