Recipe 1: White Cabbage Coleslaw

Utensils:

Knife and cutting board
Mixing bowl

Ingredients:

1/2 head white cabbage, shredded
1 carrot, grated
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp cider vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, grated carrot, and sliced onion.
Toss with mayonnaise and cider vinegar, and season with salt and pepper.
Serve as a classic and crunchy coleslaw.

Recipe 2: Cabbage and Potato Hash

Utensils:

Frying pan
Ingredients:

1/2 head white cabbage, shredded
2 potatoes, diced
1 onion, chopped
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Heat olive oil in a frying pan and cook the potatoes until crispy and golden.
Add the onion and shredded cabbage, and cook for another 10 minutes until tender.
Season with salt and pepper, and serve as a hearty and comforting side dish.
