Recipe 1: Crispy Oyster Mushroom Bites

Utensils:

Frying pan
Mixing bowl
Paper towels

Ingredients:

200g oyster mushrooms
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup cornmeal
1/2 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Oil for frying

Instructions:

Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, cornmeal, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Coat each oyster mushroom in the flour mixture.
Fry the mushrooms for 3-4 minutes on each side until crispy and golden.
Drain on paper towels and serve with your favourite dipping sauce.

Utensils:

Wok or large pan

Ingredients:

200g oyster mushrooms, torn into pieces
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp chilli flakes (optional)
Fresh coriander for garnish

Instructions:

Heat sesame oil in a wok over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Add the oyster mushrooms and stir-fry for 5-6 minutes until golden and tender.
Stir in soy sauce and chilli flakes, cooking for another minute.
Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot.
