So we've made it even simpler to fill your kitchen with the sweet smell of self-satisfaction. And if you want to invite your friends over, so they can tell you how impressive you are, go ahead! You’ve earned it.
Instructions
Just add 50g vegetable spread or vegetable oil (or melted unsalted butter) and 3 ripe mashed bananas (the riper the better!)
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180C. Grease a baking tin with some vegetable spread or oil.
- In a large bowl, combine 3 mashed bananas and melted unsalted butter. Vegan: use vegetable spread or vegetable oil.
- Add your banana loaf mix to the wet mixture and stir until combined.
- Pour the batter into the tin and bake for 35-40 mins or until a rounded knife inserted into the centre of the loaf comes out clean. 5. Remove from the oven and allow to cool before eating. Enjoy!
