Recipe 1: Stir-Fried Pak Choi with Garlic

Ingredients:
2 pak choi, halved lengthwise
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
Instructions:
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and sauté garlic until fragrant.
Add the pak choi and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes, until tender.
Drizzle with soy sauce and serve as a side dish.

Ingredients:
2 pak choi, chopped
200g mushrooms, sliced
1 litre vegetable broth
1 tbsp soy sauce
Instructions:
In a saucepan, bring the vegetable broth to a simmer.
Add the pak choi and mushrooms, and cook for 5-6 minutes until tender.
Stir in soy sauce and serve the soup warm.
