1 head of broccoli, cut into florets
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp olive oil
Juice of 1 lemon

200g grated cheddar cheese
200ml double cream
1 tbsp Dijon mustard

In a saucepan, warm the cream and mustard, stirring in 150g of the cheese until melted.
